Terms of Use, Privacy and Community Guidelines Note: all of the terms and policies listed below were highly inspired by Twitter.com and Flickr.com - mostly because we highly respect those services and figure they've been doing this longer than we have.

By using the Thankfulfor.com web site, a service of Shiny Heart Ventures LLC, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”).

Basic Terms
1. You must be 13 years or older to use this site.
2. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your screen name.
3. You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
4. You must not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other Thankfulfor.com users.

Our goal is to provide a service that allows you to record your content and share with others, as well as discover and receive content from sources that interest you.
