I get up early before the sun rises and take a walk (everyday!) As my walk is ending the sun starts to rise and the sky is beautiful. On clear mornings the stars are sparkly! It makes rising early worht it!

I was actually pleasant to someone I am not crazy about and it made me feel okay! It felt better than being nasty...imagine that! I will try and be like this every day and see if it makes a difference.

Every spring one daffodil grows by the side of the road and I saw it this morning during my AM walk and it reminds me to be hopeful of new things. I'm thankful my 75 yr old mother is still alive and vibrant. Thank you God!

A calm morning before work-it doesn't happen often enough. I saw 3 deer this morning in the snow. I didn't have to shovel because the snow wasn't sticking to the driveway! I am thankful for that.
