- for my FL
- for the nudge i needed to change
- that i only drank 2 glasses of wine last nite
- that i have an oportunity to get that lean to and shed cleaned out today
- for this cold glass of water
- that im loosing the weight
- that got a good sleep
- that jake graduated from the marine core
- for a beuitiful day
- that the pain is getting less
- that its over and i can go it alone its just eisier
- for trees ,rain, sun,and love
