- the feeling of strength today, being in control of my body, the sunshine, God's faithfulness!

- my health, my children, being able to enjoy the weather, being able to take a stand for what I want.
- being able to say, "I'm not going to lunch today." and "No, I don't want to go to breakfast."

- noticing when I'm in a bad mood and then I correct it, my Mom, for my boyfriend pointing out when I am selfish, my family, that I am in a good mood today.
